Hikes are open to everyone — partners, friends, dogs welcome. Locations vary and are announced on Instagram and in the Vitális WhatsApp community group.

Run Club is a joint initiative with Alpha Athletic, the gym where our studio is based. Many of the runners also train at Alpha for strength and performance — running and gym work complement each other perfectly.
