We're so excited to welcome Kayla to the Vitális team. From her very first session at the studio, it was clear she shared the same values that Vitális was built on — thoughtful, personalised movement in a space where everyone feels welcome.

That combination of disciplines gives her a rare depth of understanding — she doesn't just know the exercises, she understands the anatomy and movement principles behind them. It's what makes her teaching so precise and so effective.

Kayla brings a thoughtful, anatomy-led approach to every session. Her teaching focuses on building strength through connection — guiding clients to move with greater control, confidence and intention.

You can join Kayla every Monday evening and in selected 12:30 lunchtime sessions. Whether you're brand new to reformer Pilates or looking for a fresh perspective on your practice, her classes are a wonderful place to start.
