What to Wear

Wear comfortable, form-fitting workout clothes.
Grip socks are recommended for safety.

How the Class Starts

We begin with breathwork and spinal mobility to warm up your body and help you connect to your core.

During the Class

Expect a mix of:

  • Strength work

  • Controlled movements

  • Gentle stretching

  • Core engagement

  • Balance

  • Mind-body connection

Your instructor will offer modifications for beginners and progressions for those who want more challenge.

Will You Be Sore?

Most people feel a pleasant level of post-workout soreness — especially in muscles you forgot you had!

This is normal and a sign you’re building strength.

After Class

Take a moment on the reformer to reset your body and mind.
Most clients leave feeling taller, calmer and more energised.
